Job Description: Engineering design, including design project management, administration, file and system maintenance; client relations and company promotion; CAD system use and record keeping as directed; proposal cost estimating; and miscellaneous duties as required.

Job Qualifications: Applicants must have a BS or MS degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a solid emphasis in structural design theory and analysis, Engineer in Training registration or eligibility, strong problem solving ability and effective communication skills.  A working knowledge of AutoCAD or related CAD experience is highly desirable.

Job Description: Prepare design layouts, sections, and details in AutoCAD for a variety of structural building systems; coordinate needs of clients, consultants, and office personnel; use math and structural concepts; review and manipulate electronic files; and other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Job Qualifications: Applicants must have a BS or Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting or a related science is desired but MFDA will train personnel with related work experience.  A working knowledge of AutoCAD or related CAD experience is highly desirable.
